Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Develop and provide 4-10 administrator access to the virtual recruitment event product that allows administrators to build, manage and schedule virtual recruitment events for 1-300 business clients, and with unlimited attendee (e.g., job seeker) access via a computer, tablet and/or mobile device utilizing real-time functionality. Develop and include in the virtual recruitment event product one-on-one text/chat features, video services and/or event break-out session capabilities. Develop and include in the virtual recruitment event product event reporting capabilities (e.g., canned reports, ad hoc report capability) that enables administrators to run event reports that include, but are not limited to: number of event sign-ups, number of event interviews conducted, number of job offers made, and number of hires resulting from an event.
