Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of this project includes necessary utility and grading improvements to ready the site for the proposed developments. The design would require topographic survey and site investigations necessary for development such as geotechnical investigations, demolition and construction phasing plans, re-grading of the site. The design scope would also include NEPA and stormwater permitting, site access and traffic controls, parking lots and aircraft apron. Existing facilities within the proposed project footprint will need to be demolished and/or abandoned or reclaimed, including portions of fence, parking lot, and a stormwater detention basin. Within the project footprint there is also an existing vegetated earthen berm which will need to be relocated to the new project perimeter and expanded to encompass the majority of the southwestern project limits.
