Installation of cold footing and block column for deck support Installation of basement height CMU walls mortared, grouted, and steel reinforced, per construction drawings Installation of owner provided embedded hold-downs as required. Concrete Slab (garages and home interiors) Required services: • Final drainage slope grading • Place mesh or other reinforcement as specified in the construction drawings • Install floor drain receptors • Form, place, and smooth trowel finish concrete slabs (minimum thickness 4”)
