Specifications include, but are not limited to: Complete an assessment of library building and grounds including service areas, public restrooms, staff areas, HVAC, electrical system, plumbing, and building envelope. Prepare a comprehensive report that includes existing conditions and recommended repairs, replacement and/or renovations. This report should include cost estimates for recommended repair, replacement and/or renovation work as well as an assessment of which are the most urgent needs. Goals and objectives identified in the library’s strategic plan should be considered when establishing this assessment. Provide preventative maintenance recommendations for on-going building maintenance, equipment replacement, flooring replacement, lighting replacement, etc. Identify potential improvements to current level of energy conservation Make a presentation to the Board of Library Trustees upon completion of the report.
