Specifications include, but are not limited to: Healthcare, Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM field) Training in the following areas: Skills or process training will be designed with grade appropriate techniques and varied content area topics for Healthcare, Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) fields. A training program geared for afterschool student participation. Training must be focused on being delivered on: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and possibly Saturdays. Daily training sessions should not be for more than two (2) hours length per session. Must be able to assist students in developing writing skills for planning, drafting, revising, editing and publishing healthcare related reports or informational materials. Must help develop effective “hands-on” skills or techniques in all content areas for healthcare related topics. Must help establish coherence, organization, use of simple and/or compound sentences specific for healthcare “targeted” community audiences and/or topics.
