Specifications include, but are not limited to: The BRFSS is a random-digit dialed telephone survey of approximately 5,800 noninstitutionalized Rhode Island adults (18 and older). The offeror will implement the following aspects of the survey methodology: questionnaire development and formatting, CATI programming, review and testing for CATI administration; translation of state-added questions into Spanish; administration of the survey by landline and cell phone; interviewing; monthly sample management; data processing, and editing; data set delivery to CDC and RIDOH; recommendations and assistance with sampling design; quality control, monitoring and interviewer training; data security; technical report and frequency report production; routine communications, and consultation as requested; and any of the “optional” additional work specified in the contract that may be requested in a particular year.
