Specifications include, but are not limited to: Texas State University (Texas State) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a mix of delivery modes and programs (online, hybrid, and/or classroom-based, synchronous, asynchronous, self-paced, instructor-led, etc.) for continuing education courses and programs in partnership with the Texas State’s Office of Distance and Extended Learning.; provisioning of current course and program material arranging for qualified faculty to develop and deliver the offerings providing a platform for delivery of course and program content providing a mechanism for enrolling and accepting payment from the students marketing of the programs and courses providing re-branding opportunities providing technical support for both institution and for student clients.
