Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Remove and dispose of the existing shingle roof system down to the wood deck Any damaged decking will be replaced. Shingles or debris will not be allowed to be thrown off from roof to the ground. For safety reasons all debris must be brought down from the roof to the ground with a lift. 2. Install plywood on entire roof decking, nailed with 3” ring shank nail and nails will be 6” on center through plywood through roof decking and through roof rafter to fully secure plywood to roof. 3. Install new full coverage ice and water shield on all eaves and roof and two courses of ice and water shield on all valleys. 4. Install new 8” drip edge around perimeter of roof. 5. Install new metal valleys. 6. Install new step flashings. 7. Install new Lifetime Architectural Shingle Roof System. 8. Install new hip and ridge cap.
