Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consisting of installation of approximately 214,750 square feet (plus an additional 82,120 square feet as a bid alternate) of a 20-mil scrim reinforced geomembrane cover with an overlying geotextile ballast system to be placed over an existing landfill liner gravel drainage layer, drainage ditches to route runoff from geomembrane cover to infiltration basins, and excavation to expand an existing infiltration basin and create a second infiltration area. An additional 10,000 square feet of 20-mil geomembrane and overlying geotextile ballast to be placed over a landfill gas collection trench is included as a separate bid alternate. A third bid alternates for supply and delivery of an additional 20,000 square feet of geosynthetic material, and fourth bid alternative for installation of an additional 20,000 square feet of geosynthetic material.
