Specifications include, but are not limited to: the rules for cost recovery fishing to allow for the separation of the test-fish crab from IFQ crab. i. Only test-fish crab may be retained onboard the test-fish vessel prior to noon October 15. ii. IFQ/CDQ crab cannot be landed on or after October 15 if the fishing trip began before October 15, or if any pots were baited and set prior to noon October 15. iii. IFQ/CDQ crab may only be landed from a trip that begins on or after October 15 from pots baited and set at noon October 15 or later. iv. If a cost-recovery vessel completes cost-recovery fishing before October 15, the pots may not be baited until IFQ begins at 12:00 noon on October 15. If a cost recovery vessel does not complete cost recovery fishing prior to October 15, and the vessel intends to fish IFQ/CDQ crab, all pots must be out of the water, or unbaited and in storage condition, before October 14 at 11:59pm. v. Cost recovery vessels transitioning between test fishing and an IFQ/CDQ fishery may not register at sea. Cost recovery vessels, may however, transition between a cost recovery fishery and an IFQ/CDQ fishery on, or after, October 15 at 12:00 noon, with cost recovery crab onboard,
