Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Compensation Market AnalysisUsing information from the salary survey, recommend salary structures and a compensation plan.Develop a system to integrate positions and employees into the plan and manage the plan goingforward, including how to stay current with the market. This system will include the financialimpact on the recommended approach and may include how the new plan can be phased in overtime if full deployment exceeds available resources. This analysis should be submitted in an excelspreadsheet showing all calculations that can be used by the Town. Provide a communicationstrategy and education on the implementation plan to administration and human resources.B.Job Description Review:The Town is also requesting a review of our current job descriptions. This includes updating,modifying, and in some cases, creating job descriptions for all non-union positions to be compliantwith applicable state and federal statutes. Ensure essential functions are accurate anddocumented, that FLSA status is defensible, and job descriptions are in a standardized format.
