Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Install and maintain all sediment and erosion controls shown in the drawings. b. Install all necessary water control structures including dewatering basins, other sediment control measures, and pumps. c. Remove and properly dispose of the existing storage sheds and trailer as shown on the drawings. Other items deemed reusable or desired by the owner prior to removal shall be stored onsite; othersurplus materialsshall be removed and, unless unsuitable for reuse by the Contractor, disposed by the Contractor. d. Erect a maintenance garage building, complete with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, overhead doors, windows, compressed air, propane feed, workbench, restroom, conference room, and related interior and exterior appurtenances. e. Install an onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) to service the new garage and the nearby existing administration building. f. Install a stormwater treatment system for roof runoff from the new building.
