Specifications include, but are not limited to: A 1.0 million gallon composite water tower with a height to overflow of 145 feet, including foundation and necessary preparatory work. Ground floor of water tower will include approximately 1,100 SF (sq. ft.) process and cold storage area, including interior piping, valves, and fittings (area depends on pedestal diameter). All mechanical, electrical and control equipment necessary to provide a fully functioning facility. Site piping including 16" diameter piping, valves and fittings including corrosion protection. Site work including but not limited to fill, grading, culverts, energy dissipation structures and access road construction. Approximately 325 SF of concrete sidewalk and 3,000 SF of aggregate base course and gravel surfacing (areas depend on pedestal diameter). Temporary and permanent erosion control, fencing, reclamation and seeding. Traffic control during construction.
