Desired services may include the following: planning, preliminary engineering, final design, surveying, construction administration, construction oversight, grant writing and/or grant administration, traffic counts, and traffic studies. The details of agreements and payment terms will be negotiated with selected offeror. The County will review Proposals according to the criteria contained within this request. Qualified firms will be ranked by a selection committee. . Provide qualifications of the offeror and project team, including all sub-consultants (in resume format) and their respective relevant experience. Limit resumes to one double-sided page per team member and include in an appendix to the proposal. C. Recent and/or Current Work for Lewis and Clark County or Other Local Government (25 Points) Recent work and client satisfaction will factor into the evaluation process. Capability to Meet Time and Project Budget Requirements (15 Points) Provide information demonstrating the offeror’s ability to meet an individual project timeline and budgets of various sizes and scopes.
