Specifications include, but are not limited to: Removal and replacement of panels, sections, or segments of concrete sidewalk, sidewalk cross-drains, steel plates, tree root mitigation, removal and/or replacement of traffic signs, removal and replacement of pedestrian ramps, removal and replacement of curb and gutter and other miscellaneous concrete work as outlined in the schedule of prices. All work shall include, but not be limited to saw cutting, traffic control, removal and disposal of concrete, subgrade preparation, compaction, placement and installation of aggregate base and new PCC concrete, doweling into existing concrete, sealing of new concrete, expansion joints, temporary asphalt patching, placement of topsoil and all labor, equipment, materials, and all incidentals necessary for a complete in-place installation of all concrete structures as defined above.
