Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must provide two ‐ 8'x40' insulated units (one kitchen and one dining unit); one ‐ 28’x20’ framed roof section; approximately 520 square feet of 2”x8”x8’ decking, and building materials (lumber, flooring, interior wall paneling, and ceiling) for an 8’x10’ connector unit to reside between the two 8’x40’ insulated units. The intent is the two 8’x40’ units will be placed parallel approximately 8’ apart, the 2”x8”x 8’ decking will be assembled on the ground in between the units with a 25’ extension. An 8’x10’ connector unit (room) will be built at the end of the two units with two openings to provide access between the kitchen and dining units (U‐shaped building). The outside wall of the 8’x10’ connector unit will be flush with the 8’ outside walls of the main insulated units. The one 28’x20’ framed roof section will be assembled at the end on top of the 8’x40’ insulated units covering 20’ including the 8’x10’ connector room.
