Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Acquisitions and Contract Administration Section of the Purchasing Division ("Purchasing Division") is soliciting Expression(s) of Interest ("EOI" or "Bids") for The Division of Natural Resources ("Agency"), from qualified firms to provide architectural/ engineering services ("Vendors") as defined herein. The mission or purpose of the project for which bids are being solicited is to provide necessary engineering, and other related professional services to design, specify and provide construction contract administration services for the construction of approximately 100 Campsites and related facilities at Cass Scenic Railroad State Park in Pocahontas County, West Virginia. All environmental permitting will be included in the project.
