The Maine Department of Education is seeking proposals for annual conference and meeting management services to include meeting rooms, meals, audio visual equipment and support, internet, lodging and related services. The annual conference is scheduled for June 26-28, 2022. The Provider will be responsible for one arrival day on June 26, 2022 (with a small reception in the early evening) and a two-day conference event on June 27 & June 28, with two nights of lodging (June 26 & June 27, 2022). Attendance will be approximately 150-180 people, including Department of Education staff. Conference hosting will include onsite event planning and management, overnight accommodations, meals, meeting facilities with break-out rooms and a reliable audio/video (AV) and computer network infrastructure.
