Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1.1 Course Core Competencies must consist of twelve (12) hours which will include all the following courses collaboration, communication, critical thinking, customer service, leadership, organizing skills, problem solving, stress management, time management, job coaching, negotiation and conflict resolution (influence) and certification of twenty-five (25) participants. 3.1.1.2 Case Management training for TAA must be 100 % on-line and on demand to allow case managers to access the course within a designated time frame for completion, not to exceed six months. 3.1.1.3 Case Management training for TAA must include for the user upon successful completion a certification.
