Specifications include, but are not limited to: Upon arrival, vendor shall clear all grounds of trash. Before departure, large plant, leaf debris and tree debris shall be removed and disposed of off-site. Wheelchair paths shall be swept, when necessary, with special attention to be taken after rain and/or high winds. All irrigation shall comply as closely as possible with Southern Nevada Water Authority guidelines. Guidelines can be found at www.snwa.com. Vendor and Facilities Supervisor or designee will calibrate the flow of the sprinklers and bubblers at least quarterly to assure proper coverage and minimal run off. Vendor will dispose of all trash, leaf debris, other debris and yard waste collected during service off-site. SNSVH dumpsters are off-limits.
