Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qualified contractors to provide Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) to include hardware, software, and training. The Contractor will provide hardware, software, and training as detailed below to support the Alaska Army National Guard’s (AKARNG) Department of Military and Veterans’ Affairs (DMVA) Facility Management Office (FMO) Environmental Section (ENV). The AKARNG‐FMO‐ENV has a need to purchase an Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS). The UAS will have a variety of uses within miscellaneous environmental programs. In particular, it will provide data for building 3D models for consultation with the State Historic Preservation Offices (SHPO) for compliance with Part 106 and Part 110 standards of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA, 1966). The UAS will also support the FMO‐ENV program in capturing imagery, building conditions, surrounding landscapes, and other supplemental information for use within the National Guard Bureau’s (NGB) Conservation Program.
