Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendors with the capacity and ability to deliver and implement a cloud hosted Maintenance Management System (MMS) software package for the long-term record of all AMHS vessel based assets. The system will be deployed on each AMHS vessel. At a minimum, the proposed system must have the ability to: • Maintain an inventory of AMHS vessel assets; • Develop, manage, and prioritize capital project plans; • Track forecasted lifecycle replacement needs for assets; • Estimate anticipated maintenance costs for assets by asset and asset class; • Track asset condition assessments and other inspection results; • Schedule, assign, and track work jobs and preventative maintenance tasks; • Track reactive maintenance tasks to include issues, causes, and solutions; • Maintain a historical record of work performed on assets, asset classes, and their associated costs; • Produce scheduled and ad hoc reports on multiple data points that are exportable to Microsoft Excel; • Account for annual maintenance expenditures in a systematic manner; and, • Provide a means to develop risk assessments for each maintenance or repair task.
