Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, all labor, material and equipment necessary to construct sidewalk and roadway improvements on Sylvian Street between Broad Street and Washington Street in the City of Central Falls, RI. Included in the work is the milling of existing pavement; installation of new hot mix asphalt pavement; replacement of sidewalks and driveways, installation of new wheelchair ramps; installation of new granite curbing, installation of Chicane Islands, resetting existing granite curbing; installation of new and removal and stockpiling of existing sewer manhole frames and covers, adjustment of roadway utility structures (such as frames & covers, frames & grates, gate valve boxes, etc.) to grade; dust control; loam and mulch; tree and misc. landscaping plantings; traffic signage and pavement markings, traffic management; and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work.
