Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Removal, Relocation & Re-Establishment of Browns Gulch School. The Browns Gulch School is located on the North side of Secondary Highway 276, aka North Browns Gulch Road, approximately 4.2 miles north of the I-15/I-90 Rocker Interchange west of Butte, MT. The successful bidder must: 1.2.1. Relocate the School from the Existing Site to the New Site. 1.2.2. The outhouses behind the School are not within the New Right-of-Way limits (New R/W) for the upcoming highway project but might be in the way of relocating the School from the Existing Site to the New Site. The outhouses are not considered historically significant, had no asbestos present to test, and the landowner has given permission for the outhouses to be removed, if necessary. If the Contractor does have to remove either one or both of the outhouses to relocate the School, they may do so but MUST clean up the any debris from the outhouse(s) and properly dispose of it. 1.2.3. Pour a concrete foundation/footings and permanently re-set the School onto the foundation/footings at the New Site, per the attached Specifications.
