Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1. Provide the punch list of items related to confirming that the room is properly sealed. List is expected to include, but not limited to, clipping ceiling tiles, installation of door seals and/or sweeps, and caulking. 3.2. Coordinate with third-party Contractors to ensure the HVAC dampers connect sufficiently to the fire suppression system. If alternate service providers are required to complete this portion of the project, Contractor must specify in writing and give TSLAC adequate notice to ensure minimal delays in project completion. If TSLAC is not properly notified, Contractor will be solely responsible for ensuring satisfactory completion of this portion of the project. Additional third-party Contractors may include: 3.2.1.
