Specifications include, but are not limited to: perform "on-call" multi-disciplinary plan review services including, but not limited to the following: a) Conduct initial plan review and all subsequent reviews for code compliance with the adopted edition of the applicable West Virginia Building odes, appendices, and referenced standards adopted by the State within timeframes specified by the City. b) When appropriate or deemed necessary by the submitted plan review or Building Code compliance, the selected consultant shall review structural calculations, soils reports, geotechnical, grading, onsite improvements, energy calculations/reports, handicapped accessibility requirements, and other project related information provided by the Design Professional to the City.
