Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The Haines Borough is seeking sealed bids from interested contractors to design and install landscaping at the new Haines Harbor Sport Ramp. This RFP includes the plan designs from the Haines Harbor project that were not included in the build. All soils and foundations have already been installed according to the Corvus Design Interested contractors can use these drawings as a tool when considering their design/build plans. Existing foundations should be incorporated in the final plan. The Borough is interested in finding out how the contractor will creatively landscape the area within two different budget amounts. Interested contractors shall provide to the Haines Borough the following items: 1. Costs to design and plant landscaping around the new harbor parking lot and park. 2. Contractor will include cost estimates for ongoing maintenance of the landscaping at the harbor. 3. Contractor should provide a proposal that incorporates a $30,000 investment, and a $50,000 investment
