Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City desires to provide a service that will assist with improving the appearance of the City’s streets and rights-of-way making our neighborhoods and commercial areas cleaner and safer through the assistance of private contractors. The City is requesting bids for services to provide on-call collection and disposal of bulky items, illegal dumping and debris piles located across the city. Collected materials will be required to be disposed of in the City’s landfill with the contractor paying any fees associated with the disposal. The City will provide each contractor with a list of locations with estimated sizes for collection on a particular day. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to provide proof of collection and disposal.
