Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mobilize to the project site; establish site access and staging areas; remove and store site features conflicting with construction access and proposed for resetting. 2. Install erosion controls. 3. Clear, grub, and strip all vegetation to the limits of clearing. Remove and reset stone masonry walls to remove root systems of trees growing within the face of the walls. Cut flush root systems extending under the base of walls. 4. Install the Phase I Cofferdam on the right side of the dam. a. Remove and dispose of the upstream wall right of the spillway to the limits of demolition. b. Remove and dispose of the existing low level out and associated training walls, foundations, and culvert. c. Install a new low-level outlet, training walls, culvert, gate, and riprap approach. d. Regrade and armor the upstream slope between the low-level outlet and primary spillway. e. Regrade and install the new grouted riprap discharge channel for the low-level outlet. f. Install the drainage swale along the downstream right groin.
