Specifications include, but are not limited to: An integrated software solution that will be used in concert with exiting technology. This software solution will be utilized by several departments within the County to share data and information, to create efficiencies and support the services the County provides. The successful bid will include a plan for the development, training and staggered implementation of the software to each of the designated departments and its staff. The project specifications are listed here for your review: o Web based application that is not hosted internally o Jail Management System that should have the ability to link to VINE, Livescan, SPOTS and NCIC JMS should include an automated information system o Electronic Medical Record or the ability to link to an Electronic Medical Record o Case Management solution that can be utilized on multiple platforms including Pretrial, Adult and Juvenile Diversion, Department of Corrections and Human Services. CM workflow should include ability for supervisory oversight o Restitution management o Capability for scheduling and tracking of client data and appointments o Capable of bridging data across departments o HIPPA and CFR 42 compliant o Ability to import existing data into the software solution proposed o Ability to produce reports (preloaded and customized) to provide current data regarding clients, services provided and trends seen o Capable of linking with assessment tools used and ability to make this data available to appropriate users
