Specifications include, but are not limited to: Renovation of the Westbrook Armory, Westbrook, Maine. Professional Oversight and Commissioning Services; During Type “Cx” Commissioning Services the Consultant shall perform the following Commissioning Services for the Building’s Electrical System, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Electrical Generator System. During the Commissioning Phase, the Consultant will assist the Owner with administration of the Contract between the Owner and Contractor. The Consultant will discuss with the Owner any and all project issues and conflicts before acting on behalf of the Owner. During the Commissioning Phase, the Consultant will assist the Owner and The Owner’s Design Consultant with administration of the Contract between the Owner and Contractor. The Consultant shall review the existing Issue For Construction Documents (IFCs) for clarifications and potential commissioning issues with the Building’s Electrical System, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Electrical Generator System. Coordinate commissioning specification requirements with the design professionals’ Division 21-28 specification sections. Review building automation specifications and sequence of operations. After review of the Issue For Construction Documents (IFCs) the Consultant shall develop the Commissioning Plan.
