Accessing labor market information (e.g. MDOL Center for Workforce Research and Information) related to the individual’s vocational goal and assisting the individual with informed decision making. Developing employment opportunities both in a consumer-specific and general fashion (i.e., not always in relation to a specific person). Utilizing evidence-based employment practices for individuals with psychiatric disabilities. Following a common set of standards, practices, and tools, including Progressive Employment and based on the IPS approach.
