Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove and replace the existing AHU. The existing Return Air Fan (RAF) shall be upgraded as well, to match the requirements of the replacement AHU. This scope shall include [ALC] DDC Controls associated with the HVAC systems. This comprises replacement AHU/A18 and separate Return Air Fan that provides HVAC services to multiple laboratories and supporting areas all located within Horizon, 3rd Floor. The new AHU will have a similar layout for cooling, heating, dehumidification, DDC Controls, dampers, fans, filtration, and all typical Healthcare accessories per the direction of UH. Existing concrete housekeeping pad will be used to the greatest extent possible with modifications made to the pad, as needed for the new AHU dimensions.
