Specifications include, but are not limited to: All construction including but not limited to the following improvements to the existing Keene Wastewater Treatment Facility. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation/control systems, including providing temporary systems necessary to demo/remove existing equipment, piping and support systems and install, construct, and make fully operational, the following improvements and support systems as described in the construction documents: a. Improvements to existing Laboratory including new furniture and fumehood. b. HVAC improvements in laboratory Work shall include all temporary and ancillary/support systems and demolition required to complete the improvements.
