Specifications include, but are not limited to: develop a revised TAMP for FHWA certification. This work will provide recommendations and support to revise the current TAMP in order to have it ready for submittal to the FHWA in summer of 2022. To help achieve this goal, DOT&PF is seeking professional services. It is estimated that the work can be performed with the following tasks: • Task 1 - Introductions: Introduce team members and establish communications protocols; review current TAMP, reconcile and respond to FHWA gap analysis and comments, and identify specific arears of improvement. • Task 2 – Asset Inventory and Performance: Update asset inventory and performance information using DOT&PF’s inventory and condition data; forecast the expected performance of planned investments from the 10-year Statewide Transportation Improvement Plan using the bridge and pavement management systems and past trends; identify performance gaps and updates to the performance gap analysis process.
