Specifications include, but are not limited to: ➢ Training Courses Oracle Primavera P6 Professional software – Develop and provide a remote training course designed to teach the fundamental principles, operations, and capabilities of the Oracle Primavera P6 Professional software to personnel levels ranging from Resident Engineers to Constructability Staff. Trainings will be held remotely on an as-needed or requested basis. Proposer shall incorporate an exercise for students to develop a “cradle to grave” schedule and provide all manuals, training guides, handouts, etc. ➢ Construction Schedule Review Provide critical path method review and comment on submitted contractor construction schedules based on accepted construction techniques and the DEPARTMENT Specifications. Schedule reviews will be on larger duration of the DEPARTMENT’s projects throughout the life of the project or expiration of agreement. Provide analysis to the respective Resident Engineer and Construction Division. Analysis includes preliminary, baseline, update, recovery, and time impact analysis schedules. Provide comments relating to critical path and logical framing of the schedules using industry wide construction techniques. ➢ Specification Revision Provide a review of the DEPARTMENT’s current Subsection 108.03 of the 2014 Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. Work with the DEPARTMENT to create revised specifications, incorporating the current industry Standards for project scheduling. ➢ Technical Support Provide interactive technical support through expiration of agreement. Support could be delivered in the way of online webinar, conference call, etc.
