Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Attend various staff, scoping and project related meetings. • Conduct of various types of traffic engineering and highway safety studies, including but not limited to data collection, signal warrant analyses, crash studies, signing/striping recommendations, operational analyses, pedestrian evaluations, level of service/capacity/queuing analyses, roundabout analyses, and parking evaluations. • Provide technical review of traffic design plans, including signing, striping and conduit plans; signal plans; maintenance of traffic plans; detour plans; roadway lighting plans; ITS plans; and associated specifications and estimates on behalf of the Traffic Sections (Engineering and Operations). • Prepare studies and reports based on the DelDOT Work Zone Safety & Mobility Guidelines & Procedures.
