Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this system is to supply the AV and collaboration needs of the Emergency Operation Center located at the Fire Administration Building. The system will need to be capable of delivering content from at least ten (10) sources and output to a large video wall display at the front of the room in customizable views. Sources could come from any combination of cable/satellite boxes, surveillance feeds around the city, laptops and more. The system should also be capable of utilizing a wide variety of video conferencing systems available today including but not limited to Google Meet, Zoom, WebEx and LifeSize with the capability to switch views from a fixed camera in the room on the presenter, a view of the audience, or the users via a laptop or local computer. Operators will need to have complete control of all audio and video aspects of the space with a fixed touch panel and for roaming control with charging dock locations. 2. Video Wall Configuration 2.1. The video wall will be the best configuration to fill a 22-foot wide by 6-foot high area with minimal bezel borders. 3. Table Inputs 3.1. In front of the video wall, there will be three (3) separate tables that each have work areas for nine (9) users. Each table needs the capability to plug in an HDMI cable for sending content to the video wall. Each table also needs two (2) microphones on each side of the table and USB connectivity for laptops to be able to connect to the system.
