Specifications include, but are not limited to: ꞏAll carpeted areas vacuumed. ꞏAll non-carpeted floors swept, vacuumed, and or mopped. ꞏAll ashtrays emptied and cleaned (both inside and outside the building). ꞏAll wastebaskets emptied and liners replaced (cleaned as needed), both inside and outside the building. ꞏAll furniture chemically treated (i.e.-scotch guarded), dusted, and cleaned (includes exam tables and cabinet tops). ꞏStairwells kept free of trash, swept, and or vacuumed. ꞏAll toilets (inside and exterior), urinals, basins, and wall partitions cleaned and disinfected. ꞏStocking of tissue, towels, and soap accomplished nightly. ꞏFloors in restrooms swept and mopped with both detergent and disinfectant once per day and as required throughout the day. ꞏWalls and fixtures in restrooms and waiting areas spot cleaned as needed.
