Specifications include, but are not limited to: Interview Stakeholders to identify processes that lead to accessibility issues and are caused by other mandates, regulations, and Law. This needs to include analysis of people, processes, and tools including skills assessments. Review of the ADA assistance “https://adahelp.nv.gov/”, and the effectiveness of the web application. Create an accessibility evaluation of the States policies, processes, tools, and bench mark the progress towards meeting the specific compliance goals. This accessibility evaluation will also provide information on where the State meets or exceeds the compliance agreement tasks and provide feedback in areas that need improvement. Provide accessibly reporting confirmation by ensuring Web reporting is accurate. Tests need to be performed on up to ten (10) of the state’s websites. These tests must include checking both an automated and manual review of the ten (10) selected websites. This should include the report’s accuracy and provide enhancements if needed.0
