Confocal fluorescence excitation at multiple laser lines 405 nm, 488 nm, 561 nm, and 640 nm, or equivalents (+ 10 nm). 5. 1 or 2 STED lasers (592nm and/or 775nm). 6. 4-color LED wide-field excitation and corresponding excitation and emission filters for fluorescence visualization through the eyepieces. 7. LED or halogen illumination for brightfield visualization through the eyepieces. 8.
