Specifications include, but are not limited to: enterprise GIS for the City’s Finance Department – Information Technology division. The total project will include the selection and acquisition of software, implementation services, training, and support and maintenance costs to implement the GIS and integrations within other applications used throughout the City. Currently the City utilizes a wide variety of Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) products including ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise. In addition, the City supplements the desktop users with supported ESRI applications like Operations Dashboard, Field Maps, Survey123, ArcGIS Workforce, and StoryMaps. There are approximately 200-250 users citywide that rely on GIS for daily operations. The current GIS also has integrations with CentralSquare’s CommunityDevelopment software, CompassCom, Microsoft Azure, and Vangaurd’s CAMA system.
