Specifications include, but are not limited to: All labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the Carson City Court House Cooling Towers Replacement. The project consists of replacing two cooling towers located at the Carson City Court House located at 885 East Musser Street. The cooling towers will be capable of 960 gpm with a water temperature entering of 90 degree Fahrenheit and a water temperature leaving of 80 degrees Fahrenheit, incorporate a dry chemical water treatment feed system, a filter system, a two cell unit, and the fans will have variable speed drives. The bid price shall include costs for engineering design specifications, local and state permitting, removal of existing cooling towers, installation of new cooling towers, configuration of piping, and all tools, equipment, materials, and labor for the full installation of the cooling towers.
