Specifications include, but are not limited to: The town of North Providence is seeking RFP's from Decorative Street Light vendors that can supply and install replacement decorative street lights that are the same or comparable in size, shape, sculpture, color and design of our existing decorative street lights in the villages of Centredale and Marieville. Each vendor shall separately price the cost of each: • Complete Full street light setup with single head • Complete Full street light setup with dual head • Ballard with Light • Ballard without light • Set of Banner Arms • Set of hanging Brackets for Planters • Replacement globes • Optional globe with a street side and house side option (if available) • Replacement light heads (the units that sit upon the light pole that houses the Mogul socket and globe) • Replacement LED bulbs • Replacement Ceramic Mogul socket • Installation per light on existing Ceramic pad with Conduit to Manhole The Town of North Providence considers a Complete full street light setup to consist of all parts of a street light that forms a complete top to bottom fixture, Examples include but not limited to parts such as post base, pole, post, arms, bullhorn, head, lamp base, globes, acorns, canopy, socket, wiring, plugs, and bulb).
