Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Observation, sampling, field screening, site remediation, and reporting during the removal or relocation of petroleum storage tanks and/or cleanup of spill sites within the Municipality • Geotechnical investigations • Foundation design • Environmental clean-up plans • Environmental assessments • Storm water pollution protection plans • Wetland permits • Bid specifications and Material specifications • Hazmat testing and abatement (primarily related to contaminated soils; may vary) • The consultant may be required to explore subsurface soil conditions and perform sampling and analysis – Exploration may include borings, ground penetrating radar, monitoring wells, excavation of test pits, and installation of piezometers.
