Specifications include, but are not limited to: RIDEM is soliciting proposals for development of a Master Plan and Schematic Design Services to reimagine the future of Beavertail State Park. Plans will demonstrate protection of historic and natural resources and engaging the public with them, as well as providing a variety of recreational opportunities and supporting and enhancing the stewardship of these resources. This project will identify a vision for visitor services to support use of the Park by future generations including vehicle access and circulation, pedestrian circulation, stormwater management, comfort facilities, access to natural and man-made structures and environments, protection of sensitive resources and enhancing the enjoyment and stewardship of the Park for users of all ages and abilities
