Specifications include, but are not limited to: 5. Contractor Responsibilities: EXHIBIT A (Standard Agreement) A. Services shall be performed five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday with a minimum of four (4) hours per day and at least one (1) hour each day during the facility’s business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) General work shift hours are to be mutually agreed upon between Contractor and CHP, in order to minimize disruption to CHP operations. B. Rates shown in Exhibit B-1 Cost Sheet include all labor, equipment, materials and supplies. Contractor shall check- in and check-out with the CHP On-Site Contact or designee upon each service to provide verification that service has been provided. Unless otherwise stated, offices will be closed on state observed holidays. 6. Approximate square footage of facility to be maintained by this Agreement is 2624 sq. ft. Contractor responsible to field verify square footage of building(s) to be serviced. The services are to be provided in accordance with the following specifications: A. GENERAL AND PRIVATE OFFICES, INCLUDES LOBBY AND ENTRANCE 1) FLOORS AND BASEBOARDS - Floor Maintenance: Sweep, damp mop.........................................................................................................Daily Use detergent solutions and mops to remove soil from floors and baseboards that cannot be removed by sweeping, dust mopping or vacuuming. Dust mop floors that are coated with floor finish prior to damp mopping. Sweep other floor surfaces prior to damp mopping. Strip, treat and buff................................................................................................Quarterly Completely remove all non-permanent floor finish and seal from resilient tile floors and from baseboards. Apply a minimum of two (2) coats of floor seal and three (3) coats of floor finish.Use single disk floor machines, stripping pads, putty knives, abrasive pads to remove removable marks, heel marks, scuff marks, rust stains, gum and other types of stains and soil.
