Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Chowchilla River Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (C.V.E.F.), the services described herein: furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to provide Roll-Up Door Maintenance Services. A. Lube all points of friction, including but not limited to, rollers, bearings, gears, and guides B. Ensure the doors are balanced, motor limiters are properly adjusted, drive chains are tight, and manual system is in proper working order C. Inspect and test all door functions, including but not limited to, the electrical wiring and connections, chain shafts, gears, and bearings. D. Provide belts, cleaning chemicals, oil, grease, cleaning rags, switches, and fuses. E. Pressure wash all inspection bay doors.
