Specifications include, but are not limited to: Prepare the chapters as outlined in the noted Maine statute in the following areas: o Economic and Demographic Data o Significant Water Resources o Marine Related Resources o Commercial forestry and agriculture o Existing recreation, park and open spaces o Transportation Systems o Residential Housing stock – including affordable housing and elderly housing o Historic and Archeological Resources o Land Use o Capital Facilities and public services Perform Analysis of data collected. Coordinate data with other planning studies and efforts. Hold a public meeting with the Planning Committee and BED to present Inventory and Analysis. Assist with other media or public outreach efforts as may be offered and accepted in your proposal.
