Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Vermont, Agency of Transportation, Department of Motor Vehicles (State) seeks proposals to provide appointment scheduling services for all branch offices as call center support services. The State seeks a Contractor with experience in providing professional call center services. Bidders should consider the following requirements when crafting their proposals: I. Call Center Implementation: A. Timeframe: Contractor shall commence operations of the call center on September 1, 2021. B. Requirements for Implementation: Contractor shall be responsible for standing up their own call center towhich the State would route up to four telephone lines. Prior to the commencement date, Contractor will ensure the following is in place:
